Dylan is the President of Service Operations at HomeX, where he is responsible for driving growth, operational efficiency, and integrations in HomeX’s HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction companies.
Dylan has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational design in the technology sector for roughly 20 years. Prior to HomeX, Dylan led the marketplace monetization team at eBay in addition to holding leadership roles in seller experience. In his early career, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.
Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School of Business. Born in Chicago and raised in New York, Dylan lived in Europe for two decades before moving to San Jose, CA and now Chicago, IL. In his free time, Dylan enjoys paragliding and skiing.

Andrew is the Head of Design and User Experience at HomeX, where he is focused on bringing a human-centered approach to our product design and development lifecycles. He manages a cross-disciplinary group of visual designers and UX professionals to ensure that the key values of the HomeX brand are seamlessly integrated into every solution that we build and deploy.
Prior to joining HomeX, Andrew was the Head of Design at Syniverse, "The World's Most Connected Company". While there he was responsible for building out the design practice from the ground up while overseeing their flagship digital transformation program focused on delivering a significantly improved customer experience in partnership with some of the world's most recognized telecom companies. This effort included establishing an enterprise-level design system, the formalization of data visualization design patterns, enhanced report modeling, product design and enterprise Information Architecture. Earlier, he was building out disruptive, data-driven user-level personalization software and solutions within the ad-tech space as the Vice President of Creative, at Conversant. While there he was responsible for building out and managing practice areas across a number of disciplines: User Experience, Creative Technology, Digital Production, Creative Operations and Front-end Engineering.
As a native of the neighborhoods of Chicago, Andrew received his MA from the Cambridge School of Art at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK and his BFA from the Emily Carr Institute of Art + Design in Vancouver, CA. His free time is spent in the suburbs of Chicago either with his wife and children or DIY'ing his 1920's home, one nail at a time.
Stephanie is Head of Business Strategy & Operations at HomeX and a co-founder of the company. Stephanie serves as General Manager of our Consumer vertical and oversees strategy, people operations, and business management functions. Stephanie has played a critical role in developing and launching business concepts, building out core HomeX operational infrastructure, and scaling HomeX overall.
Before HomeX, Stephanie was an independent consumer products consultant, where she worked with early stage consumer product companies on product development and pricing, brand strategy and marketing, and operational planning and business launches. Prior to her independent work, Stephanie received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and served as a growth strategy consultant at Prophet.
Stephanie currently lives in her hometown of Chicago with her husband Vincent, their daughter, and two large, lovable Labs.
