Dylan has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational design in the technology sector for roughly 20 years. Prior to HomeX, Dylan led the marketplace monetization team at eBay in addition to holding leadership roles in seller experience. In his early career, he was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company.
Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Princeton University and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School of Business. Born in Chicago and raised in New York, Dylan lived in Europe for two decades before moving to San Jose, CA and now Chicago, IL. In his free time, Dylan enjoys paragliding and skiing.

Alan is Head of Applied Science at HomeX, where he leads the efforts to solve some of the most difficult problems in stochastic optimization, routing, logistics, pricing, natural language processing, machine reasoning, and knowledge engineering.
Alan has worked in machine learning for over 25 years. Throughout his career, he has pushed the boundaries of possibility, from award-winning medical monitoring to online marketplaces and AI-driven systems. At Evi.com, Alan helped build a question answering service that became a core part of Amazon Alexa. After that, he helped Google build a machine learning fraud detection system for display advertising. Most recently at eBay, Alan led a new AI-focused team and built a product knowledge graph to support machine learning efforts.
Alan holds an Honours BEng degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of West of Scotland. Born and raised in Paisley, Scotland, Alan currently resides in Cambridge, UK with his wife Fiona and two children.
Stephanie is Head of Business Strategy & Operations at HomeX and a co-founder of the company. Stephanie serves as General Manager of our Consumer vertical and oversees strategy, people operations, and business management functions. Stephanie has played a critical role in developing and launching business concepts, building out core HomeX operational infrastructure, and scaling HomeX overall.
Before HomeX, Stephanie was an independent consumer products consultant, where she worked with early stage consumer product companies on product development and pricing, brand strategy and marketing, and operational planning and business launches. Prior to her independent work, Stephanie received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and served as a growth strategy consultant at Prophet.
Stephanie currently lives in her hometown of Chicago with her husband Vincent, their daughter, and two large, lovable Labs.
