Simon Weaver is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of HomeX. He currently leads the technology innovation efforts of the company, with a determination to build quantifiably better experiences for HomeX customers by solving previously unsolved problems in the engineering and science fields.
Simon has been devising and building distributed and autonomous systems for 20 years, solving problems for Salesforce and Microsoft in the fields of big data, lights-out infrastructure, and artificial intelligence.
Born and raised in England, Simon moved to the United States in 2004. He now resides in the Bay Area with his wife, three children, and their Siberian Husky. He enjoys serving on the board at his children's school and advises a number of companies.

Alexandra is Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversees marketing, brand, and product design for HomeX and its service companies.
Prior to HomeX, Alex was Vice President of Global Communications and Product Marketing at CareerBuilder, a marketplace for job seekers and employers. Prior to that, Alex was Head of CRM at Kraft Heinz, where she oversaw its only direct-to-consumer channel. She successfully executed the re-launch of the Kraft Heinz My Food and Family brand and program, modernizing one of the largest food and beverage platforms in the United States. In previous roles, she led marketing for Rise Interactive, a Chicago tech start-up, and she spent six years at Walgreen Co., including in its eCommerce division.
Alex received a Bachelor’s of Science with Honors in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Raised in Deerfield, IL, Alex currently resides in Chicago. In her free time, Alex loves spending time with her family, finding somewhere to paddle board, and exploring new cities.
Vincent is the President of HomeX and a co-founder of the company. He leads HomeX’s mission to provide end-to-end solutions for both consumers and providers, leveraging technology to revolutionize the home services industry.
Before HomeX, Vincent spent over 10 years at eBay. As a user-obsessed product leader, Vincent led the large-scale transformation of some of eBay’s most fundamental experiences, including eBay’s North American consumer business and their structured data platform product organization.
Vincent was born in Paris, France and now lives with his family in Chicago after relocating from California in 2018.
