Are fumes from a condensing boiler dangerous?

New boilers run very clean and give less harmful gases than older types, so the gases you see are not likely to be carbon monoxide. It's pretty harmless if you can see water vapour or condensation. It looks worse than it is, but it's just a nuisance.
