Can a journeyman electrician work for himself?

Journeyman status will be given to apprentices who pass the requirements. A Journeyman is able to work on his own. He'll be able to tackle wiring, outlet, and fixture installations on his own, even though he'll still operate under the guidance of a Master Electrician.
