Can dielectric grease be used on circuit breaker?

There is a difference between what you want and what dielectric grease stops. You don't need grease in a residential panelboard or a circuit breaker other than what comes with it. If you use too much Conductive grease is problematic and you could create a short circuit if you bridge the gap.
