Can i disconnect my gas stove myself?

I'm pretty sure you can do it on your own. You don't shut it off at the meter. If you want to uncouple the brass fitting from the stove, you need a shutoff valve near the stove. You have to plug the gas line until the gas fitter shows up after you disconnected the gas line.
