Can I put my microwave on my fridge?

Why not? There is no technical reason for that. Microwave ovens don't get hot enough to pose a risk, but modern refrigerators have their coils on the back. A refrigerator can draw as much as 1000 Watts and a microwave oven can use as much as 1000 Watts. The refrigerator is too tall a reason not to do it.
