Can I put treadmill on concrete floor?

It doesn't matter if you will use the treadmill to walk or run. You should put the treadmill on a carpet when if it's in a spot with wooden or cement floors. This is highly recommended because without the carpet, your machine will be more vulnerable to dust and the weight from the pressure on the machine can damage your floors.
