Containers must be stored with their upper valve. The maximum size of any stack must not exceed 30,000 kg. For internal storage, no more than 5000 kg may be stored in each compartment of the building designed for each purpose and a maximum of 5 compartments may exist in a building.

To keep out the propane tank, keep it in an external area dry and well ventilated. In addition to keeping out the tank, make sure that it is at least 10 feet away from flammable materials such as open flames or electrical devices.

In case of heat, the tank shall be placed in a place not exceeding 120 Fahrenheit.

UG propane tanks can be subjected to severe corrosion conditions and can deteriorate and begin to run without visible signs of time. UG tank leaks have caused serious injury and material damage.

Propane tanks do not explode. They do not implode and do not break or separate. In fact, transporting a propane tank to the point of explosion is an extremely difficult and long task, which is not as simple as most people think.
