Can you be in an RV while driving?

Is it possible to be inside an RV camper while you're driving? You can't be in the back of an RV while it's moving unless it's a Class C, Class B or Class A motorhome with seating that was meant to be used while in motion. It is against the law to stay inside a camper trailer while it is moving.
