Can you use an ac relay for dc?
There are 3 questions. A relay is more than a conductor. Is that correct? Don't use an AC relay for DC loads. If you want to switch AC loads with DC relays, you can usually find a cheaper one that doesn't include the mechanical interrupter mechanism.
