Do Home Inspectors check water pressure?

The water pressure and flow will be analyzed by the inspector during the home inspection. If the home is within the range for water pressure, they will check it. The ideal water pressure is between 40 and 80. The house will be flagged on the home inspection if it's beyond this range.
