Do I need to replace a bad oxygen sensor?

If the O2 sensor is functioning correctly and reading the oxygen content of the exhaust, there's no need to replace it. The Check Engine light is off and there are no O2 sensor codes, so it is assumed that the O2 sensors are fine.
