Do you have to have a fire door on a kitchen?
In the case of a typical two-storey house, building regulations require that, if the property has a full garage, the door between the main property and the garage (usually a kitchen or a public service) be a FD30 fire door (30 minutes of fire resistance) and include smoke seals and a closing device.
