Do you need a wet saw to cut porcelain tile?

Many tile installers use a couple of tricks to ensure a cleaner cut, because wet saws can chip the porcelain tiles. You can reduce the likelihood of porcelain chipping with a standard-depth saw, but only if you have a wet saw.
