Does fan run during defrost cycle?
There is a timer built into the unit that controls when the unit goes into a cycle. Is this true? An internal clock will send the unit into a defrost cycle if the coils drop below freezing. The outside fan stops during the cycle. The compressor runs and the unit goes into air conditioning mode.
