How come when i flush the toilet water rises?

If the toilet starts to overflow immediately after a flush, it's probably because of a problem with the toilet itself. The flow of water into the toilet needs to be stopped first. Don't worry, the water inside the tank is clean, just remove the tank lid and press the valve down.
