How do i know if a breaker is gfci?

Look at the face of the outlet to find out if you have a GFCI outlet. If there is a reset button with one or two lights, then your outlet is protected by the ground fault circuit interrupter. Take a look at your circuit breaker box. In the lower level or basement of the home, these are usually gray in color.
