How do I know if my dryer fuse is blown?

Touch the left multimeter lead to the left side of the thermal fuse, and the right multimeter lead to the right side of the fuse. A needle that doesn't move is a sign of a blown thermal fuse. Don't worry, thermal fuse replacement is a simple task if this is the case.
