How do i remove a stuck bathroom faucet handle?

If it's stuck, wrap a rag around it, give it a few light taps, and try again. Take a few drops of penetrating oil or spray lubricant into the space between the valve stem and the handle. Wait a few minutes and try to pull it off. There is a piece of wood on the faucet.
