How do I replace a Compressor Start Relay in a Bottom-Mount Refrigerator?

The compressor motor's start windings are powered by the start relay. The compressor runs using the run windings of the motor after the start relay shuts off the voltage to the start windings. The compressor will not work if the starter relay is broken. A repair of the Start relay wiring will fix the problem if the wiring fails.
