How do I replace a Terminal Block Power Cord in a Gas Range?

There is a terminal block on the back of the range. It's the point at which the power comes from. The oven and stove top elements have heavy connection terminals that can handle the high incoming current load. The terminal block should be replaced because of a short circuit.
