Check the cooling fan to make sure it doesn't move. The fan motor should be replaced if not. Reconnection of loose wires in the fan circuit is recommended if the fan rotates freely. If the wire harness is damaged, replace it. If loose wires are found in the thermal switch circuit, they should be disconnected. If the wiring harness is damaged, replace it. If the thermal switch is malfunctioning, replace it.
