How do I troubleshoot Kenmore Compact Condensing Dryer that has a Voltage Supply that is too high?

Use a multimeter to check the voltage supply. The supply voltage should be no higher than 220 volts. Contact your electric company to find out if it's too high. If the supply voltage is not bad, you will need to replace the board.
