How do I troubleshoot Kenmore Elite 721 Model Gas Range that has a Temperature Sensor that is defective?

Measure the resistance of the lower oven temperature sensor when you unplug the range. You should measure the ohms at room temperature. The lower oven temperature sensor should be replaced if resistance is off.

Measure the resistance of the upper oven temperature sensor by shutting the range. You should measure the number at room temperature. The upper oven temperature sensor needs to be replaced if resistance is off.
