How do I troubleshoot Kitchenaid Microclean He Dishwasher that has a Button that is stuck?

To get a response from the user interface control, you need to check all the buttons. If one or more of the buttons doesn't work, the dishwasher should be unplugged and the user interface control wire harness should be disconnected. Don't close the door if the user interface wire harness isn't disconnected. Wait at least 7 seconds for the control board to power up after you plug in the dishwasher. The door should be closed. The drain pump will start if the electronic control doesn't detect stuck buttons and the user interface wire harness is unplugged. The user interface control should be replaced if the drain pump does not work. If the drain pump doesn't work, you should replace the electronic control board because it can still detect stuck buttons if the user interface control is unplugged.
