How do I troubleshoot Lg Hybrid Dryer that is displaying tE1 or tE2 error code?

Plug the dryer in and check the outlet thermistor wiring. Remove any loose wires. If the wire harness is damaged, replace it. The outlet thermistor has resistance. At room temperature, it should measure about 10,000 ohms. If the thermistor is malfunctioning, replace it. If the outlet thermistor and wiring are okay, replace the main control board.
