How do I troubleshoot Maytag Centennial Dryer that has a Voltage Supply Error?

The L2 leg of power is missing. The L2 leg of the power to the dryer is supplied by the house circuit breaker. If necessary, reset the breaker. The power cord wiring on the dryer terminal block needs to be checked. The installation manual gives instructions on how to wire the power cord. If the power cord is damaged, replace it. If the dryer is still unplugged, check the wiring on the electronic control board to make sure there are no loose wires. If you find damage, replace the control board.
