How do I troubleshoot Maytag Compact Front-Load Washer that is displaying F06 error code?

Check the wire harness connections between the motor control board and the drive motor when you plug the washer. There are wires between the motor control board and the electronic control board. Attach loose wires or replace damaged wire harnesses. Check the wiring connections to make sure the spin basket rotates smoothly. There should be no obstruction between the tub and the spin basket. The drive motor should be replaced if the spin basket rotates. The motor control board must be replaced if the problem continues.
