How do I troubleshoot Thermador Masterpiece Wall Oven that has a User Interface that has a Error?

The electrical power to the oven needs to be disconnected. The touch panel needs to be cleaned and dry. If the error clears, restore power. Check the wire harness connections between the electronic oven control board and the user interface if you don't have electrical power to the oven. If the wire harness is damaged, replace it. The user interface should be replaced if the wire connections are okay. The electronic oven control board needs to be replaced if the problem continues.
