How do I troubleshoot Whirlpool 2015 Cabrio Top-Load Washer that is displaying F9 E1, F9 E2, drn or dr error code?

When the water level doesn't change after the drain pump runs, this code is displayed. Check the drain hose and washer drain for a problem if the washer doesn't drain. Plug the washer and check the drain pump. The drain pump should be replaced if it is malfunctioning. The main electronic control board should be replaced if the washer isn't draining correctly and the water level isn't being detected.
