How do I troubleshoot Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer that has a L2 Voltage that is low?

The power in the L2 leg is less than 30 volts. If the L2 breaker is tripped, check the house circuit breakers for the dryer. The power cord wire connections on the terminal block need to be checked. If the power cord is damaged, you should replace it with a new one. An electrician can check the power supply for the dryer.
