How do I troubleshoot Whirlpool Compact Front-Load Washer that is displaying F05 error code?

Check the wire harness between the water temperature sensor and the main electronic control board when you unplug the washer. If the wire harness is damaged, you can connect it or replace it. The temperature sensor needs to be replaced if the wiring is ok.
