How do you bleed a full central heating system?

Put the radiators on the highest setting. The central heating needs to be switched off. The boiler is closest to the radiator. If you want to turn the bleed tap anti-clockwise, place the screwdriver or radiator key on it. The bleed tap should be closed again.
