How do you clean an oven without baking soda?

If you still see baking soda in your oven, try spraying a little vinegar in a spray bottle. The baking soda and gently foam will react with the vinegar. Take your damp cloth, wipe out the remaining foamy mixture, and do a final wipe-down.
