The first step is applying primer. Make sure the ends of the pipe are clean. Is that correct? Step 2 is applying cement. Apply cement to the primed surfaces. Is that correct? Step 3 is Seal. To tighten the cap, use the wrench to turn the cap clockwise. Is that correct? The fourth step is a test. Turn on the water and test the capping.
