How do you fix a heater control circuit?

To fix this, make sure the oxygen sensor is disconnected and check for any blown fuses. When the engine is off, check to see if there is a 12V fused battery feed to the heater element. Fix the short or open in the B+ feed circuit if you don't see any voltage.
