How do you increase the voltage across a capacitor?

You can increase the working voltage of the two capacitors by connecting them in a series. Two capacitors C1 and C2 have a total working voltage of Vt of 5V and 10V, which is equal to 15V. The value of the smallest capacitor is more than the total capacitance.
