How do you measure earth resistance with a multimeter?

There are 2 Answers. The simple method uses a long wire and a DMM. Next to the location where your fuse box is installed, connect one end of the wire to a known earth contact. To test the resistance from the other end of the wire to the ground, you have to measure it.
