How do you pull Pistons?

The pan needs to be removed. The crankshaft and connecting rod caps should be visible to you. The connecting rod cap should be free from the bearing and crankshaft journal after removing the two bolts holding it. The connecting rods need to be removed from the engine through the cylinder bores.
