How do you remove a flow limit from a shower head?

The arm can be gripped with a pipe wrench and a nut. The holder should be free from the shower arm once the nut is turned clockwise. Use needle-nose pliers to remove the washer and filter screen from the holder. The restrictor can be removed with a screwdriver.
