How do you replace a 60 amp breaker?

The power should be turned off to the breaker panel. Remove the terminal screws for the 60-amp breaker. Is that correct? The breaker needs to be pulled out of the sockets. The old 60-amp breaker should be put into the slot where the new one is. Is that correct? Attach the terminal screws to the wires you replaced before.
