How do you tighten a loose toilet bowl?
Use pliers or a small wrench to check the bolts on the side of the toilet. If there is a loose bolt, tighten it slowly. To make sure the toilet is rocking, check the other bolt. If it's still rock-solid, proceed with base repairs.
