How do you turn up the water pressure on a water heater?

If they are, try to increase the pressure of the water in your home. To do this, you need to find the pressure regulator in the inlet water line, which is normally not far from the water heater. Increase the pressure by releasing the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw in the direction of the clock needles.
