How does a MEMS pressure sensor work?

The strain gauge sensor is made of MEMS. It is possible to make conductive sensor elements on to the diaphragm. The applied pressure is measured by changes in the resistance of the conductors. The change in resistance is determined by the strain and the length of the conductor.
