How much is the ideal humidity?
Each owner must have a hygrometer that measures temperature and relative humidity (HR). The ideal relative humidity for health and comfort is around 4050. In winter, it can be less than 40 HR to avoid condensation in windows.
How do I know if I need damp proofing?
Black spot mold forming on the inner walls. It is also a common sign of a condensation problem. Water marks on the walls formed either by the moist rising or penetrating moisture. Plastier peel the walls and damage to other decorative finishes such as wallpaper.
