How much pressure should my well pump have?

The pressure switch's cut-on point is where your well tank's pressure should be set. This is different depending on your tank's pressure settings. Most tanks are set at 30-50. The cut-on pressure for the well pump is 30 degrees, so the pressure of the tank should be 28 degrees.
