How much weight can a refrigerator hold on top?
Limit the weight on each refrigerator shelf. A fridge with cantever shelves (with supports that fit against the back wall) are tested for 35 pounds per square foot. Full scale shelves should not exceed 50 pounds of total weight and half scale shelves only support up to 25 pounds.
