How often should bed linens be changed in a nursing home?

People who are sick or vulnerable should have bed sheets washed daily. For others, pillowcases and sheets should be washed at least once a week. The pillows need to be washed every six months. Request a new, unused pillow if the staff can't tell you when your loved one's pillow was washed.
