Is there a safe way to trip a breaker?

The switch on the circuit breaker needs to be turned off. If you go back to the electrical circuit's location, you can see if the appliance that was turned on is still on. The wrong circuit breaker has been tripped if it is still on. If you want to turn off the correct breaker, go back to the breaker box.
